We ship from Hollywood, Florida, USA. This is the location of our fulfillment centre so all shipments originate from there.

The shipping price depends on the package size and weight (what size and weight will you have on average).
Method: USPS and UPS post services. Note that we ship to Canada, Australia, and other countries only by UPS.
Delivery time: 3-7 business days

Do you provide tracking?
Yes, all shipping options have tracking that is sent to your email when your order is shipped.
Do you have expedited delivery options?
Yes, we do. Please contact us if you would like to receive expedited delivery. Please note that shipping up to 3 days is quite expensive and usually costs more than the order itself. We usually use FedEx for this shipping.

You can return the product within 14 days if for some reason it did not suit you. For whole caps, tinctures, oils and chocolate it is possible to return even after opening the product. For capsules it is possible to return only if you maintain control over the jar lid.
The shipment of the goods is at your expense, and we transfer the funds back after receiving the goods at our warehouse.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of a shipping error on our part.
